is it like a cream or a shampoo or what?
i have my hair permed straight, but its starting to get poofy at the top. is it okay if i apply the relaxer to the top of my hair, so the top will be straight like the bottom?What is a good brand of hair relaxer that you can buy anywhere?

relaxers arent bad for u rhair as long as u take care f ur hair and u relax it properly. relaxers are i would say look like creams. ur haur grew out which is why its poofy at the top. so i think that if u know how to apply a relaxer then u should apply it to ur roots. if not then go to a professional.
