I realized that you said curling irons take too long but maybe try triple barreling it. It is a bigger tool so it doesn't take as long as a curling iron does. Otherwise, try braiding it before bed while it's still wet and then when you wake up in the morning it won't take so long, you've just got to take out the braids. That could be a time-saver. I guess you could also try some gel and scrunch it a little, but that doesn't give you natural-ish waves. In any case, good luck!

i think conair makes one thats only like 15 bucks at target or walmart.
Plait your hair while its wet, then sleep with it. Take them out in the morning when you wake up.
