Wash out hair dye and relaxers?

I have afro Caribbean hair and i relaxed my hair a couple of months ago and recently i found a wash out hair dye, and now my hair need to relaxed again because my roots have come back is it safe to relax my hair again ?


And also i want to dye my hair again but its a wash out one not permanent.

Yes you can relax over a rinse, semi permanent color as long as it is not henna. The relaxer when you rinse it out will actually help pull out some of the temporary color, which is good because you need to make sure it is all gone before you permanently color in TWO WEEKS minimum.
