What are the relaxers for African American hair that do not have any kind of Hydroxide?

I have wave nouvea perm on my hair and if i use a perm with Hydroxide in it My hair will completely fall off. My hair hasn't really taken the perm even though I've had been perming it for about 2 yrs. But i would perm my hair about every other 4 mnths.What are the relaxers for African American hair that do not have any kind of Hydroxide?
I didn't understand the 2nd sentence in your question, but there are no non hydroxide relaxers to my knowledge. If you want to wear your hair straight, just skip the activator after the next wash, blow dry and flat iron it. The wave pattern should reappear when you was it again.
