What is the difference between hair texturizer's and hair relaxers? And which one is better?

I recently heard of things called hair texturizer's and hair relaxers. I know that both loosen the curls in your hair. What are the differences between the two. And which one is safer/better to use (better as in which one helps loosen curls the best). Ty for any info.What is the difference between hair texturizer's and hair relaxers? And which one is better?
relaxer makes the hair A LOT straighter, texturizer...not sure, but i would guess it still gives it texture and it doesnt make it QUITE as straight

well, my friend used a relaxer, and it turned out great.


but I don't know about the texturizer.
